MindBroker: Con Stitution

The PurPose of NooPolis is to maximize the FreeDom and HappiNess of it's CitiZens.
CitiZens participate in creating the FutureMap for the TwentyFirstCentury.

Each CitiZen has exactly one MindId and therewith a LogIn to the NationWiki and our other WebApp's.
By receiving a MindId you become a CitiZen and you accept the ConStitution.
CitiZens are on a FirstName basis.
CitiZens are InterTwin'gled into a WebOfTrust.
Existing CitiZens can InVite new CitiZens.
For registration, the inviter has to choose the correct FirstName, surname and the gender of the invited.
Before inviting, the inviter has to create a WikiHomePage for the invited in the MindWiki.
The profile page should have the correct CamelCase spelling of the FirstName and SurName. Valid exceptions are:
- short versions of the FirstName (e.g. Tina instead of Martina)
- registered ArtistName's (e.g. AlbanNikolaiHerbst)
A subsequent name change is subject to verification by at least two Trustees.
For the case of EndOfLife of CitiZens, they can declare their LastWill. Here they can InHerit their virtual assets.
If no LastWill was declared, the virtual fortune will go to the BankAccount of the PieschenBank.

The ConStitution is available in all major WorldLanguage's.
The English version of the ConStitution is the binding version.
The CabiNet ensures that the ConStitution is RePeat'ed translated into any other WorldLanguage.
All rules of the ConStitution and other WikiPage's of the MindWiki may be changed by CitiZens.
No rule change applies retroactively.
Changes of the ConStitution and the GovernmentBudget are considered to be adopted by all citizens, if no CitiZen objects to a change within a veto respite by editing the wiki contrary.
The veto respite is 3 days.
If CitiZens are longer absent, they can extend the veto respite to up to 14 days.
In the case of a DisAgree'ments the CabiNet can issue a MindVote among all citizens.
At the MindVote all CitiZens are eligible to vote, whose BankAccount is at least 1 RayGroschen. The simple majority decides.
In case of a violation of the ConStitution, imposition of penalties or an order restricting the FreeDom of CitiZens have sought.
The MindCourt meets a judgement by MindVote of all CitiZens.
The FreeDom of CitiZens can only be restricted by a ruling of the MindCourt.
All of our texts and data are subject to WtfPl.

NooPolis has a VirtualEconomy.
The currency of NooPolis are KayGroschen (with 1 KayGroschen = 1.000 RayGroschen)
The PieschenBank takes care of them.
The money supply is 10.000.000 KayGroschen.
CitiZens have a BankAccount.
All transactions of the BankAccount are TransParent to all CitiZens.
The savings and spendings of NooPolis are managed in the GovernmentBudget.
Benefits are paid in KayGroschen.
Active EnterPrise's on the sovereign territory of NooPolis are listed in the TradeRegister.
The shares of each EnterPrise can be traded on the MindFloor.
MindBroker is an EnterPrise on the sovereign territory of NooPolis.
MindBroker is the e-government service provider of NooPolis and guardian of the MindId's.
Transactions on the BankAccount, the MindFloor and the GovernmentBudget will be stored up to the EndOfLife of NooPolis.
The EndOfLife of the VirtualEconomy of NooPolis and the KayGroschen is 2012-12-31.

CitiZens can elect the CabiNet of NooPolis every six months per CabiNetElection.
The CabiNet leads the ongoing operations of NooPolis.
Members of the CabiNet document their future actions (DoIt)
Members of the CabiNet maintain a list of tasks, which they RePeat'edly (ReDo).
Members of the CabiNet always read the KabiNettChat at least every 3 days.
At least once a week a member of the CabiNet invites to a ConsultationHour.
Members of the CabiNet receive a monthly payment of up to 10.000 KayGroschen from the PieschenBank.
The CabiNet sends a NewsLetter to the CitiZens once per month.
